There are some basics I like to start with for increasing Energy. First is making sure you drinking enough water everyday. You body is mostly water and if you don’t have enough, sluggishness tends to happen. Next would be a regular schedule. Going to bed at the same time and waking at the same time. Getting in some activity daily is always good. Even if you don’t feel like it, that’s exactly when you need to do it! Getting moving – preferably outside where you can receive sunlight, is always beneficial.
