When our body is dehydrated it causes infrequent urination which sometimes becomes painful, in the extreme cases, excessive thirst, dry lips and mouth could also be the symptoms. In multiple cases of dehydration, the person becomes dizzy and might even faint.  Dehydration can cause a heart stroke in extremely hot weather and it is essential that you take steps to stop yourself reaching at a point where you have to see a doctor for a preventable cause.

So, to make your work easier we have jotted down a few drinks that are tasty and are a great substitute to water!

Lemon Water

Lemon water is one of the simplest drinks that you can make on a hot sunny day. To make it, all you have to do is mix the juice extracted from lemons and give it a stir. Add ice if it’s an extremely hot day and if you want to have it cold. If you want to make a good chilly drink you can blend lemon juice and water along with ice to give the texture of slush. This drink can be enjoyed via hot lemon water, cold and super chilled for your days on the beach!

Coconut water is water like liquid found in the young and green coconut. It is the size of a basketball and it has enough liquid to cater to one or sometimes two people. These coconuts that contain most water are harvested at 5 to 7 months of age.  When the coconut matures, the water becomes the “coconut meat”

However, the young harmless harvested coconut water contains more nutrients and is healthier than the mature coconut water as it is generally lower in nutrients.

This drink has been used as a hydration drink for centuries especially in tropical countries.
