When our body is dehydrated it causes infrequent urination which sometimes becomes painful, in the extreme cases, excessive thirst, dry lips and mouth could also be the symptoms. In multiple cases of dehydration, the person becomes dizzy and might even faint.  Dehydration can cause a heart stroke in extremely hot weather and it is essential that you take steps to stop yourself reaching at a point where you have to see a doctor for a preventable cause.

Lemon Water

Lemon water is one of the simplest drinks that you can make on a hot sunny day. To make it, all you have to do is mix the juice extracted from lemons and give it a stir.
