Question: What works for extreme gas?
Hi Linda, There are lots of items that can help! Making sure your gut flora is active by taking probiotics, which can help speed digestion – so things are not sitting and fermenting. As could the order of foods eaten. Meats and vegetables, take longer to digest then fruits, breads and sugars. Those slower digesting foods could be slowing the items behind them. Ginger is also great because it helps speeds digestion. Other beneficial herbs are chamomile, cinnamon, peppermint. All items found in Buddha’s Herbs Wings Tea and Green Tea with Herbs. I recommend a cup after meals.
